The Little Mermaid

I do not have a memory of a specific favorite children's book, but I always remember every summer when staying with my grandparents my mema would tell my sister and I a made-up bedtime story about Wilbur the mouse.

Definitely Gameboy and Nintendo. Basically, most if not all video games.

I love all things Disney. Growing up, my family had Disneyland passes, and my parents would take my sister and me all the time. Now that I'm older and have a family of my own, I'm so excited to share the same tradition with them. When I'm not at Disneyland, I also enjoy cooking, running, outdoor activities, and watching movies.

My interest in pediatric care began at a young age. It started with babysitting, Sunday school teaching, and camp counseling, eventually leading to volunteering at hospitals and choosing pediatric clinical rotations. I've always known I have wanted to work with children, and whenever possible, I have made decisions for my education and career to provide me with the most exposure and experience in pediatric care.

I love taking the time to get to know my patients and their families, caring for them as they grow, comforting them during difficult times, and giving them the knowledge they need to live healthy lives and empowering them to advocate for themselves in the future.
