I've been using Coastal Kids since 2022 -- starting with the Irvine Spectrum location and more recently the Los Feliz location. Visits to the pediatricians office are often nerve-racking for parents, especially new moms; but the staff at Coastal Kids - Los Feliz do their best to put you at ease! From the moment you walk into the office the front desk team is polite and professional. The medical assistants are bubbly and welcoming. Each person goes out of their way to answer your questions or concerns. Whether it's a routine wellness visit or a sick visit you'll be treated with kindness and respect! Special shout out to Christine for making the visits enjoyable and demonstrating excellent patient care!

My two kids have been under the care of Dr Geiseler for over 6 years and we could not be happier. Their new facility (as of 1 year ago) in Los Feliz is clean, sleek & modern. The staff is fantastic, especially Christine the RN who has a wonderful, soothing bedside manner when administering vaccines to kids! We never feel pressured to vaccinate like some doctors do, instead we feel informed and we get to make decisions, very empowering. We absolutely love Dr Geiseler's warmth and kindness when treating my kids.

We have had the absolutely wonderful experience of having Dr. Geiseler be our doc for both of our kids and we cannot be happier. We absolutely love the guy, and our kids are always cared for in impeccable fashion. Finding someone you can trust these days is tough, and I cannot say enough good things. I wish he was my doctor but I am old and that would be weird.

We went to Coastal Kids for a free meet and greet and had a great experience. We asked about their vaccine philosophy and how our baby would be cared for, and the doctor took the time to answer everything thoughtfully. We really felt heard and cared for. When my son was a newborn , my husband and I fell in love with Costal Kids’ cheerful environment and staff! Unfortunately we had to change insurances, which we were really sad. After being spoiled by Costal Kids excellent service we were never satisfied with other pediatrician offices and doctors. My son is now 18 months and we returned. We had the pleaser to meet Nora, a PA, and she was just wonderful! I felt heard by Nora and she answered every question I had about my son and also helped me get the help I need for my son. Everyone was very pleasant from the lady at the front desk, medical assistants and doctors. I also noticed my son felt really comfortable with everyone which is a huge plus for me!

We love this team and office.

We love this team and office. It’s so easy for us to schedule visits—whether it’s a routine 18-month check-up or a sick visit. They used to have a somewhat confusing system, but now it’s all handled by real people, which makes everything so much easier. Our main provider since ,she started there, has been PA Nora. Our daughter, Alba, absolutely loves her. Nora always makes her feel comfortable. Alba lets her check her ears and mouth without any fuss, which is huge for us. Nora consistently helps guide us toward the best solution, even during scary or uncertain moments as every parent experiences. Googling symptoms can be overwhelming and often misleading, so having someone who truly knows our child and gives us solid, human advice from a medical perspective is invaluable. Special mention to Dr. Leon as well. When we all had COVID, it was Alba’s first time being sick with it. After her fever subsided, she was left with a bit of a wheeze. Nora was off that day, so we saw Dr. Leon and she was amazing. Our baby is doing great now. Thank you all! We love the new location and appreciate the entire staff.
