My son has always had a fear of going to the doctors. I used to dread taking him because he would literally flip out at the first sight of a nose swab, needle, or anything else they might need to do an examination. But at Surfside the staff is very good at putting him at ease and making him feel comfortable. They talk to him and they listen to him regarding his fears. I have seen him transform now that we are at Surfside. they have gained his trust and that has made such a difference in our visits to the doctors.
