Im here from 20 yrs with Kaiser, navigating a ppo is new. I found this office and it’s been great since 2025. Going on 2 years. Im always out quick, wait times are reasonable kids have been seen well, medication prescribed well, labs too and even referrals. For referrals i dont need it due to having ppo but provider to provider recommendations have been well. I am taken back by the negative reviews as i have been in the medical field for over 20 + years. I am very diligent and selective when it comes to my children medical care. Be proactive in finding what works best for you and your kids. Always speak up. Offices can only improve by being notified of what’s going on not just coming on here. Medicine is a science.
