This was our first visit with Dr. Afshid Roozrokh for my 3-month-old daughter, and I was so impressed! From the moment she walked in, she created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She was very interactive with my baby, making her laugh throughout the appointment, and I could tell she genuinely connected with her. Not only did she take her time checking on my baby, but she also checked on me as a new mom, which meant so much. She truly comes across as a sweetheart who cares deeply about her patients and families. The office itself is very clean, which is always reassuring. The only thing that left me a little disappointed was the front desk experience. The receptionist didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming — no smile or acknowledgment when we walked in, which feels especially important in a pediatric office. It may have just been an off day, but first impressions matter. That said, Dr. Roozrokh was absolutely fantastic, and because of her, we will definitely be coming back. I look forward to building a long-term relationship with her as our pediatrician!
