What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated show is Star Trek: The Animated Series.
What is your favorite children's book?
My favorite books are The Citadel, which taught me a lot about medical ethics, and Charlotte's Web, a wonderful story that I shared with all of my kids.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toys were LEGO and my baseball glove.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My father, who taught me the value of humor is in all aspects of life.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Reading, Travel and bouncing my Grandkids on my lap.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
Pediatrics is pure medicine, your patients will always help you make them better.
It is a field where I can have a lasting impact on children and family's health and well being.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I have always practiced a science and evidence based type of medicine. I respect children and will always listen and explain to parents, my own points of view.
