Telehealth is a virtual medical service offered to all Coastal Kids patients. With telehealth, you can experience professional visits from the comfort of your own home, usually for the same or lower cost than an in-office visit (depending on your health plan).

Telehealth is one of many ways that Coastal Kids is empowering families through technology, making healthcare more personalized and efficient. Tuesday – Friday
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

These extended evening hours make it easier to get care after school, work, or when symptoms show up later in the day.

  4. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your telehealth visit

Insurance coverage for telehealth visits may vary by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm whether telehealth is a covered benefit. Some plans may require an out-of-pocket payment of $59.

Your care team has secure access to your child’s medical history, and visit notes are shared directly with their primary provider, so you won’t have to repeat important information. If additional care is needed, we’ll also help guide you through a smooth transition to in-person visits.
