We make it easy for you to pay your child’s medical bills quickly and securely. Whether you prefer to pay online, by phone, or in person, our flexible options are designed to fit your family’s needs. If you have questions or need help, our billing team is always here to assist.
We kindly ask that your estimated portion be paid at the time of visit.
During your visit, we’ll provide an estimate of what you owe based on your insurance coverage. This estimate may be different than what you ultimately owe based on the services provided during your child's visit (like a flu or strep test) or the final determination of your benefits by your health insurance. Our intention is to give you the best information we can at the time of your visit.
If payment is not made during your appointment, our office can also securely keep a credit card on file so that we can process your payment once your insurance claim has been finalized.
Credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover), debit cards, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards with either Visa or Mastercard logos.
We recommend keeping your credit card on file, so we can more efficiently process your payment once your insurance claim has been finalized.

Most services are covered, but we do recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your plan benefits. You can also ask:
Is your plan an HMO that requires an assigned PCP? If yes, verify that Coastal Kids is your assigned PCP.
Are preventive medicine visits (well care) a covered service? If yes, what are the limitations?
Do I have a co-pay or deductible?
Is there additional patient responsibility if the services are provided after hours?
