My favorite cartoon is PAW Patrol.
What is your favorite children's book?
Goodnight Moon, because it was both of my sons' favorite bedtime story.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toys were Lincoln Logs.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My father because he was a role model for how to be a parent, physician and friend.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
My hobbies and interests include spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, and sewing/needlepoint.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I was inspired to work in pediatrics because it allows me to care for patients at a formative stage of life while partnering closely with families. Being able to comfort children, guide families , and positively influence a child's future health is what I find most rewarding about pediatrics
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I bring a calm, patient-centered approach to pediatric care that helps children feel safe and families feel heard. By listening closely, explaining care in age-appropriate terms and involving parents as partners, I build trust and foster strong positive relationships.
