What is your favorite children's book and why?
The Adventures of Curious George is my favorite children's book because it reminds me of my childhood and inspires a sense of curiosity, adventure, and joy in learning.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My baseball glove, Hot Wheels, and LEGOs
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
I draw inspiration from the courage and resilience of the children and families I serve. Guided by my faith, I strive to provide compassionate care that supports patients and their families through both triumphs and challenges.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on the Dodgers, hiking, and golfing.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
One of the many reasons I chose to work in pediatrics is the opportunity to care for patients across a wide range of ages. We have the unique privilege of watching our patients grow from newborns into young men and women, while building meaningful connections with their families along the way. Supporting families through both everyday milestones and difficult moments is what makes this work truly fulfilling.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
As a man of faith, I strive to serve all of my patients and their families with compassion, integrity, and overall quality care. In my practice of medicine, I prioritize strong communication with families to ensure they feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their child’s care. I am a strong advocate for organized youth sports and the life-lessons that can be learned through a child’s involvement.
