A true care team in every sense  of the word

Beyond your individual primary care physician (PCP), all Coastal Kids patients have access to a care team that knows their medical history. Your PCP is always available for the scheduled well visits essential for building a close relationship, but you can also obtain sick care at any Coastal Kids office with any other PCP.

More flexible visits

While we always give you the option to find the soonest appointment for your preferred provider, we also give you the option to be seen by another member of your child’s care team.

Visit your usual office location or any other location that’s more convenient due to time, distance, or other factors. The choice is yours.

After hours care

Urgent care or the emergency room aren’t your only options. If you need assistance when your office is closed, Coastal Kids offers after-hours care by phone.

Clinical advice line

Call your office directly to speak with specially trained triage nurses who can answer your medical questions and access your child’s full medical history.

Telemedicine

Our referral team actively works with any specialists your child sees to get the necessary information back to your PCP, so your entire care team is updated.
