What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
My favorite animated movies are Disney’s Hercules and Tarzan.
What is your favorite children's book?
If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, because it teaches about relationships, and just a fun book to read overall with some cookies!
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy was my Corduroy Bear.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
My parents and my siblings because it takes a village to support one another, especially in different obstacles throughout life. Their continuous support has allowed me to achieve my dream career of taking care of children.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Spending time with family, running marathons, exploring national parks.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I enjoy working with children because children are resilient and they inspire me everyday to learn something new. Their joy to explore is uplifting each day, and continues to drive my passion in taking care of the future generations.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I believe in building strong, lasting relationships with families, promoting open communication and collaboration for optimal care. My goal is to ensure every child receives not only the best medical care, but also the emotional and mental support they need to thrive as well.
