I like that there are separate sick and well waiting areas.

We've been coming here since I had my daughter 3 years ago, and we love it! We've been with Dr. Kim for the last few years, but now she is leaving the practice so we're switching to Dr. Kornu. Both of them have been fantastic. They are great with kids. The office staff is great too - very friendly and responsive. I like that there are separate sick and well waiting areas so you don't have to worry about the spread of germs. Another nice feature of Coastal Kids is that they have a whole network across Orange County. Once when my daughter was sick and we needed a same-day appointment, the Irvine office didn't have availability but the Fountain Valley office did. I was thankful that we had backup options so my daughter could be seen right away. They also offer Saturday appointments in the Newport location for sick visits, and they have an after-hours nurse line if you have a concern at night or on the weekends.
